Each person is unique and requires different exercises and activities to enhance their health and well-being. Our fitness professionals are available to conduct fitness assessments, measure blood pressure, check heart rate, measure body circumferences and composition, check cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength, and determine flexibility levels. Based on your current health status and goals, we will design an individualized program to help you achieve your fitness goals. We’ll provide the guidance you need to work out safely and with appropriate exercise technique. Taking necessary safety measures and properly operating of cardiovascular and strength training equipment will ensure maximum benefit and minimize your risk of injury.
